Terms of Service

Effective date: December 9, 2025

    Acceptance
    By purchasing or using our digital business card service from Sebastian Ispas (sebsites.com) (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

    Service
    We provide digital business cards (hosted vCard / link-in-bio page) on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly billing).

    Subscription & Access

    • Your digital business card works only while your subscription (monthly or yearly) is active and paid.
    • If a payment fails, you cancel, or we terminate the subscription for any reason: → We immediately suspend public access to your card (it will show “expired” or be invisible to visitors). → Behind the scenes we keep your card and all data intact for a guaranteed 14-day grace period so you can reactivate simply by paying. → After these 14 days we reserve the right to permanently delete the card, all files, links, QR codes, analytics and any associated data without further notice.
    • In most cases we are friendly and give you longer than 14 days or send reminders, but legally only the 14-day period is guaranteed.

    Immediate suspension rights
    We may suspend or terminate access instantly and without prior warning in cases of abuse, chargebacks, fraud, or violation of these terms.

    Cancellation by you
    You can cancel anytime in your account or via e-mail (see our contact e-mail further below). You will not be charged again and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period + the 14-day grace period described above.

    Payment
    All prices are in EUR/USD and are final. Payment is processed via Paddle/Stripe/PayPal and can be both recurring and non-recurring (one-time purchase).

    Delivery
    Delivery is automatic and happens within 600 seconds of successful payment. You will receive the files and admin link by email.

    Refunds
    Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. See our separate Refund Policy. Except if specified otherwise on the salespage/checkout page of said product.

    License
    The license to use the digital business card is revocable and valid only while your subscription is active. Reselling or sharing access is forbidden.

    Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebastian Ispas is not liable for:

    • any loss of business, revenue, or data caused by suspension or deletion of your digital business card after failed payment, cancellation, or the end of the 14-day grace period;
    • incorrect or outdated information you enter on your card;
    • the card not displaying correctly in third-party apps (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, QR scanners, email clients, etc.);
    • downtime or issues caused by our hosting provider or force majeure events. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

    Changes to These Terms 
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The newest version will always be posted here with the updated “Effective date” at the top. By continuing to use the service after any changes, you automatically accept the new terms. For major changes that reduce your rights we will try to notify you by email or in your dashboard at least 7 days in advance, but we are not legally required to do so.

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cologne, Germany.
